An Act with respect to checks and clearances for the purposes of working with children; and for other purposes. The object of this Act is to protect childrenâ€" Legislation, Standards and Codes may be linked to one or more of the University's compliance frameworks either as the driver of the requirements, or as a component of the framework. (a) by not permitting certain persons to engage in child-related work, and
