An Act to provide for assistance by the Commonwealth in respect of places where children all or the majority of whom are under school age may be cared for, in respect of the development of such places and in respect of research in connection with the care of children, and for related purposes. Legislation, Standards and Codes may be linked to one or more of the University's compliance frameworks either as the driver of the requirements, or as a component of the framework.
