Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) - Level 1

An Act to secure the health, safety and welfare of persons at work. The objects of work health safety laws are:
- to protect the health and safety of workers
- to improve safety outcomes in workplaces
- to reduce compliance costs for business, and
- to improve efficiency for regulator agencies.

Relevant Compliance Frameworks
