This Standard provides a systematic basis for minimum routine servicing (inspection, testing, preventative maintenance and survey) to fire protection systems and equipment. It requires evidence, in the form of record sand reports of completion of the periodic inspection (including survey), testing and preventative maintenance activities required by the Standard. Legislation, Standards and Codes may be linked to one or more of the University's compliance frameworks either as the driver of the requirements, or as a component of the framework.
