Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW) - Level 4

An Act to make provisions entitling workers to long service leave. Employees are eligible to take long service leave after 10 years service and thereafter after each 5 year's service. The University has obligations to comply with provisions in this Act due to its status as an employer.
