An Act to adopt the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 of the Commonwealth and the National Consumer Credit Protection (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2009 of the Commonwealth and to refer certain matters relating to the provision of credit and certain other financial transactions to the Parliament of the Commonwealth and for other purposes. This act has relevance for the University in its dealings in offering student loans. Legislation, Standards and Codes may be linked to one or more of the University's compliance frameworks either as the driver of the requirements, or as a component of the framework.
