- Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth) - Level 1The Act gives effect to Australia's obligations under the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. Its major objectives are to promote equality before the law for all persons, regardless of their race, colour or national or ethnic origin, and make discrimination against people on the basis of their race, colour, descent or national or ethnic origin unlawful.
- Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 (Cth) - Level 1An Act in relation to monitoring, investigation and enforcement by regulatory agencies, and for related purposes - A provision of an Act or a legislative instrument is not subject to monitoring, investigation or enforcement under this Act by force of this Act. This Act must be triggered by another Act.
